Quiche?

This is a quiche, v common in NZ cafes, this one is quite nice n light. Now then I know it is a pastry shell filled with a savory custard of eggs, cream, onions, mushrooms, meats, shellfish, etc, watever the baker wanna put in. It originated from the Alsace-Lorraine region of France.
