Last nite a group of pretty loud asians (13 of them) arrived at the hostel. After hearing a few seconds of 'wah lao', mixtures of english, hokkien & dialects, v obviously they r from SG.
My UK room-mate asked if I said Hi to them.
'Nay, I dun talk to strangers even if they r SGeans.'
Ya, I v snobbish.....
